Yeah, this should fill that gap. I highly recommend watching the video. It’s inexplicably happy making.

So you know when you find one of those tracks and you’re like “Gee, I should find this repetition fucking obnoxious, but for some reason my booty is shaking uncontrollably?” That happens to me all of the time. Nothing abnormal about that, right?

Right?

Anyway, this producer just happens to be making the aforementioned tunes. Not to mention, he’s 17. years. old. and from Brazil, which I think is pretty cool. This kid is just further proof that young ‘uns with computers are taking over the world. Not even a conspiracy theory. Even better? Everything on his soundcloud is downloadable.

For some reason, I’m having a shit time of embedding soundcloud so follow through for my personal favorite track on his profile. Dropped seven days ago. The hipster in me rejoices.

To see what I wrote last about this producer, see the track below, where I shared another work by them. Now, I know how people love their Ellie Goulding remixes; I mean it’s Ellie Goulding and dubstep. That’s a match made in sonic heaven if you ask me. Remember Jakwob’s Starry-Eyed and Bassnectar’s Lights? Of course you do, because they’re genius. So let me know what you think of this one? Does Niki Kofman do Ellie justice? I’d give it a yes.

I really love the drop on this piece, hailing from Nice, France. Legitimately, the guy has 24 followers on Soundcloud, which is distressing to me, because he’s producing wub like this. If you don’t think it’s perfect, at least admit that every trace of potential is there. This is filth in the making. Maybe we have a future major producer on our hands? Give it a listen.

Also, I found this on Youtube on DUB2DNBHD’s Channel

I don’t know if you’re familiar with Bassnectar’s remix of Daladubz’s track Pink Elephants. Derived from and frequently set to the video clip of the nightmarish LSD-ish dream sequence from the children’s favorite Dumbo (Disney movies- fodder for the terminally messed up), it dropped in the spring of this year and has inspired several re-remixes. But this is by far the best that I have personally run into. I would never advise you to watch and listen to something on illegal substances, but if there was ever a time? This would be it.

So I am halfway through my tour and I listened to this tune on the bus into Perth and realised it had to be remixed and pretty much got the bus straight back to start it. Hope you all enjoy:)

PEACE!!!

So if the introduction to this piece doesn’t give you major chills, then we are not on the same page. This comes from Cottonmouth, who is really making some pretty obscenely good tracks. Not to mention, there’s a free download included. Add this to your music library for sure if filth is what you’re in for.

Glorious cover from Hannah Peel from the Ep “Rebox” will also be featured on the upcoming FX series “American Horror Story.”

So you may or not have seen that eerie trailer(s) for the new FX series “American Horror Story”, but they wouldn’t be nearly as fucking creepy if they didn’t have this great backtrack variation on an old favorite. Granted, you may not get up and dance to this variation of that ’80s lovechild Tainted Love, and you probably shouldn’t listen to it if you’re alone… in your room… and the power’s out… and there’s an ax murderer in your closet. BUT! That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t listen to it at all.

So can this song get a download option please, because it’s such a brilliant track. I mean, it’s born of a pretty great track itself, so if it didn’t achieve star quality it would be a serious disappointment to the original soul jam by George Duke.

Also worth checking out it is another variation on this song from Thundercat, which is actually the cover that was remixed for the featured track. Woah. That was even a little confusing to write. Anyway, Thundercat is definitely a name to get used to. They’ve been around for a bit, but I have a feeling that they’ll be sinking their claws into the electro-scene more than ever before. Oh, and if you can feel it in your bones, then you’re right, Flying Lotus did produce the Thundercat track.

I don’t know how you feel about this personally, but as a completely straight female I am still confident enough in my sexuality to confess to the world that few things get me as hot and bothered as that old school female rocker sound. Joan Jett, Pat Benatar, and Heart? Just the names call to mind laced up leather pants, slick cherry mouths with lip-biting teeth, and the cloying mixed scents of incense, cigarettes, and pot smoke. Even today, that girl power stiletto or army boot sound (that’s right. both.) is pure dominance and pure sex. I go on this tangent because of this video:

The answer, Joan, is of course, yes. On behalf of the rest of the world, yes.
